Unable to talk to nurse quinn :(

So i've done the buffalo graveyard fight 2 times now, but after i finished the fights i got a quest to talk to nurse quinn who was standing in a corner. Both times that i beat the fights i was unable to talk to nurse quinn after them it didn't show her chat thing and pressing x didn't work
i'm hoping that someone can tell me how to fix this glitch
