Fighting Marines and no treasure?

During Bonnie Anne's Promotion quest (Her Majesty's Secret Service), we used to have to run for the exit when we fought the Clockwork Marines. Now that we are supposed to defeat them in battle, why don't we get the Treasure Chests for defeated enemies?
