Can you still get Fin Dorsal as a Companion?

Hello, I just wanted to see if Fin Dorsal was still available to buy. I am max level so I fought him all 3 times. Though, I cannot find the "Best Chum" badge that supposedly activates him in the crown shop. I'm just confused if I need to be doing something else or if Fin isn't available anymore.

You have to defeat him on some armada ship in Skull Island Skyway

Never mind, @support helped me solve the problem. They added the badge so now I can get Fin

After you have fought Fin on the Erebus, then he should be available for you to buy.
