Bat Masterson Promotion

It may be a bug or the new update but I recall from somewhere that the jobu's breath is upgraded to jobu's kiss but this hasn't happened to my bat Masterson
I hope I can find an answer

He gets a promotion when he reaches level 60 which my Bat hasn't reached yet. He might get some new Epics with the latest update.

Sorry "Bat" does not get any new or improved powers after promotion.

I forget where I recall him having jobu's kiss, KI should give him an improved power
