I have a starting to get far into the game, and I need to know where this sidequest is so I can get Dan Drake

You get the quest by talking to Dan Drake in Tumbleweed, he's near the saloon.

You need to have finished Port Regal and reached Tumbleweed. When you enter the town from the docks, look to your left and you'll see Dan Drake waiting for you.
