Annoying thing about promoteing bones mcgee

Hi,

This been annoying me ever since i got bones mcgee from the crowns shop every time i promote him he does less and less damage a reset his trsining the it is fixed till i leave the area like i promoted him and he would do 160-180 and i would talent boost +10 (3+7) then 170-190 then i then i promote him then its 130-210 then i reset then i added boost +3 +7 +15 and and agility boost +11 then it come up 161-241 then i left the tavern then it come up 120-200 i been trying to fix it but i just gave up to much gold any reason why?
