Ships That Are Docked

I think a cool small improvement is to be able to see ship's stats and the ships parts by clicking on the icon of a ship seen docked. I sometimes see cool looking ships that are docked and I wan't to know what it's stats are and everything. This would be a cool thing to add for the curious pirates
