Tengu Sorcerers

Tengu sorcerers sometimes do the spell casting animation but nothing happens. they are in Mooshu in valley of the titans.

Hi! I've been fighting Tengu Sorcerers this morning and I believe what you're seeing is the effect of Tengu Sorcerers fizzling instead of successfully casting a spell. If you see a puff of black smoke after they cast, this is definitely the case. If you aren't seeing this puff of smoke, then there may be something more here.
