Sarah Steele's dialog?

This is not a serious bug, but just a bit puzzling. As I come towards the end of the main quest in Aquila, a couple of times a 'mouse fencer' pops up with some dialog (at least one of those times is early in Ithaca, but alas, I neglected to write down when). I assume this dialog is supposed to belong to Sarah Steele, though the words are spoken without her voice? Does not harm the story any, just rather... odd.

Thanks! We've received the reports from others as well, and yes, this was simply the wrong picture hooked up.
