Ancient Shrine in the Temple of Death

I'm just wondering, is the Ancient Shrine in the Temple of Death a repeatable instance? I know I've been inside there before, but whenever I try to go inside again, it won't let me. Is there an alternate entrance to it that I don't know of? Or is is a one and go instance?

Isn't it part of a companion promotion? I forget which one I am thinking of but if it is a companion quest then it is probably a one time thing.

I think it was from the Ratbeard promotion quest. I was wondering if I could fight again because that boss drops good loot for my pirates

The Scurvy Dog Hideout is in Tradewinds Skyway on Skull Island.
