Hello Message Boards! I've been around here since the early days of the message boards (So far back I actually was there on Chrissy and Highlander Fox's first posts!). I never have actually been as personal as some of the other big posters, but I think I should tell a little about myself while I have some major news I would like to share. First is the news, and that is that I now have every main story companion! And by that I mean I now have every starter, presidio, and Kraken skulls companion (the crown shop variants, including the multiple versions of the ones I already have, Temujin, Lucy Sterling, and the crown shop guini pig), along with every companion costing 5995 crowns! This has really brought me closer to the game, for I am the type that treats my companions (who I have 5 full pages of) like family and go into angry revenge mode when one is downed. I now am so glad to have the knowledge of all the other classes, (companion wise) and can participate in all the discussions such as luis de bisque power talk (or pepe de torue in my case) all the way to the talks about the major dislike of milo greytail, who I feel is underrated (relentless and flanking on a swash? How is that not great!?). I really find that caring for companions adds imersiveness to the game, and I love all of them on my team ... except maybe the crazy monquistador. he's just... odd.
Anyway, onto my character! Fearless Ryan Holystone was born on his parents' (Vanessa and Leland Holystone) flagship, The Jaybird, on a cargo run through Valencia. He was cared for by his parents and their 5 main crewmembers (S.M. Arson, Sergant Shepherd, Malik, Caracticus, and Gaspard de Vole) until the age of 3, when the armada attacked and killed his parents. While The crew was fighting off the clockworks, Gaspard put Ryan on a rowboat and shipped him to the closest island (They were in Mooshu). He landed on the island and was taken in by a dojo lead by Dragon Prince. After seeing Ryan's skills, Dragon Prince took the child in and taught him the ways of stealth, and Ryan became the Dragon's Shadow, a ninja/assassin who works indirectly with the emperor. After several years, Ryan was betrayed by Prince (who was being impersonated by lo pan) and was stripped of his gear, and thrown into the stormgate to Skull Isle, thinking he would be eaten by dragons, but was found by a Marleybone ship, and was taken back to Port Royal. After about a month, he was arrested by the armada (For cutting down clockworks out of revenge from his parents) but we all know how that song and dance goes. He met Subodai when he escaped, and returned to Skull Island. After getting his raft, Ryan was told by Avery that Holystone's father had a pirate empire that was debunked after his death, the Order of the Blazing Blade, (O.B.B.) and gave Ryan the last remaining flag (which he replicated) and his father's necklace, which could consume weapons and morph into any of the consumed weapons and back again. to be continued...

Ryan, Bonnie and Subodai helped as much as they could, but Ratbeard still got away with the map. Ryan formally met the Five (Sarah Steele, Pepe de torteau, Uga Buga, Gerard, and Exter) and they agreed to a truce until they get the will. The five also mention that their former captain fell on their quest for the will. There they were assigned the Presidio mission where Ryan met up with his parent's old crew. I don't want to continue unless someone points out that they are actually interested, for I want to know if this is pointless or not.
