Bug? 'Lantern Sails' Flag Decals

I notice that my flag's symbol appears on the FRONT and BACK of the balloons for these sails when they are equipped on my Frigate, but when they are equipped on my Skiff, they appear on the sides like how is normal for other MooShu balloon sails. I think they might be put the wrong way round when on a Frigate?
