Dungeon glitch?

I've noticed with the last patch I can no longer opt-out of a dungeon by backing away from the doorway. I don't always want to go in with a full group nor do I want the people who are just hanging out jumping in. Has anyone else seen this problem?

You are correct. This glitch did show up with a recent patch to the game. Fortunately it appears this issue has been corrected in the recent update that is currently on the Test Realm.
