Several Hamamitsu garden bugs

In Hamamitsu garden there are a few shops that are black and only can see the NPCs : Celestial Holdings, LTD., Exquisite Armaments, Stationer's Shop, and Town Hall. I also saw that there were missing NPCs while doing quests around Stormgate to MooShu and Khotan Skyway. Did delete and reload Pirates but still having the same problems.

I also noticed that some of the clothing is in red and Moo Manchu cave the flooring is a gap from where the true bottom and where the flooring is.
