will crown areas (or member areas)ever be available for everyone and will it change with the weak looking armor for level 25 now i am level 27 still no cooler items in the bazaar like the ones that the thirst people have on

I wouldn't get your hopes up. Also, I think that the items in the bazaar are just items sold by other pirates.
