Hitting enemy in wrong direction

There is a glitch i find now and then and at times it gets confusing what it does as i'm attacking an enemy sometimes my pirate (or companion) will turn around and attack the other way and the computer will still get hurt its weird and i'm just wondering if you can fix it...
