Is there an Armada badge to wear the disguise?

A few days ago, I went to Valencia, and in one of the places (forgot) you had to wear an armada outfit so they didn't know you were that pesky pirate. However, I'm wondering if there is a badge you achieve later in the game to wear that very Armada outfit, like how you equip the badge and you wear the suit, just like "Opposition Champion" when it is equipped and you wear the monkey mask. I like the Armada outfit, just wondering.

I can imagine "Enlightened One" putting a light aura around you! That would be really cool! I think the Armada disguise would come with "Academician".
