Can't log in

Hello, I need help with something. My players name is Faithful Kyle Xavier

and I really love this game. The problem is that every time i click the pirates 101 logo on my desktop it just has the King Isle logo. I type me username and password and then it goes to load and it then brings me back to the menu. I get this often and i have a subscrition so i don't know what is wrong. Please help
