question about the golden sky rattler

I know decius said that no card pet outside the one that is already can't make hybrids so does this mean the golden sky rattler is still able to make hybrids?

The Golden Sky Rattler makes only one hybrid ( so far ) The Golden Sky Dragon, I should know as I've morphed two this month.

I believe that it will if you can find someone with one and morph it.
