Kan Po & Keisuke Bug?

on kan po's and keisuke yagi's first promotion when they cast something they make a "humming sound"? before they heal but on their second promotion you no longer hear it. is this a bug or intentional?

Geez, I HATE that humming sound. I think it's a bug, though.
