Follow the story line and you will get there. The way Pirate101 is setup means you can't get there by yourself without following the story line or having a Friend help you (which is not following the story line). If you have lost the main story line in the quest journal, contact support at support@pirate101.com or use the Help Menu above (the Orange Question Mark).
