Redcoat's Hat

In the page of the new Mighty Steed (great idea, by the way), the pirate shown with the mount is wearing a redcoat hat.

I know KI cannot provide specific information on drops, items, etc... but would be possible to confirm the hat exists in the current game? Or if it's an item to be available only in the future?
