Does anybody know where to farm for parts for a bison frigate?

Big Sky is the place to farm for Bison Frigate gear. Black Storm Raider ships have better drops.

I am always on the lookout for sails that give "Gunner's Luck."

Can anyone confirm that all parts with all spells will drop one way or another from the respective ships you are farming?
