finding enemies for badges

I am lvl 50 and just about finished with all the quests. I thought I would work on completing some open badges. Is there an easy way to find where these older quests are located? I wanted to defeat Gortez again but I can not remember where to find him.

ar, gortez be in th' gold mine, tradewinds skyway i have th' same problems tryin' to find these creatures without th' sky way moniker, th' island, th' instance etc etc etc
