Why this quest is taking so long

Man i am so fed up with these low drop rate espically the Valencia crystal Kingsisle I can't stand this anymore fix it asp please, is a million plead enough ? This is by far the most unacceptable thing i have ever encountered wow 100+ armada ships and not a single Valencia Crystal are you serious ? This the only quest I can't finish thanks to this .
