Wake the Dead quest disappears off the spiral?

I was wondering if anyone had a problem accessing the Wake the Dead quest at level 10 in the test realm?
I created a new character just fort the test realm and when I got to Level 10 I was never prompted to go to Madam Vadima's for the quest. Does it exist anymore?

Yes, it still exists. Just keep following the line and you will get to it. It comes about the time that you are talking to Squinty in the quest Gunn's Gold. At least, that's when my newly created Pirate got it.
