Very confused about new pets

Can someone point me to the instructions - how do I enter circus maximus? I didnt get the puppet show for pets and when I go to the boat in Skull Island point to Bestia, nothing happens - can you point me in the right direction?

Hi! Just follow the quest "Silly Pet Tricks" and you'll be on your way into Circus Maximus. You can find the quest from the Town Crier.
