getting error message at install

In attempting to install pirate on a 2nd computer, my installer gets almost to the 100% mark and then a message appears saying that an error has occurred and asks if I would like to report. No error number or explanation is given and I havent found any posts about this problem from anyone else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
