Quest arrow error

During the quest Blood's Own Hand, when you have to talk to Sly Winkum in Tumbleweed. You get the task to talk to Sly while you are in Big Sky, which is contiguous with Tumbleweed, but the quest arrow tries to send you to Cooper's Roost, then Arroyo Grande.
