Seagull in Granchia

Please help. My search for the last seagull in granchia has just landed me in battle over and over. Does it exist? And if so, where?

The seagull in granchia is located next to the entrance to the catacombs just climb the small hill by the entrance and youll see the seagull sitting on a post to your left.. Dont go aorund the other way or youll have to battle armada troops and then you can get to him but i recommend the easy path by just walking up the mall incline by the catacombs entrance.
