Bug on true friends!

So a couple days ago,I hear that my friend plays Pirate101 .So,I tell her that we should become true friends on Pirate101. When I press Get True Friend Code it dosen't give me a code. It just,well,does nothing.It sucks!

I had the same thing happen...I contacted support but haven't heard anything yet.
