can anyone tell me what this world is?

so like any normal day i was traveling to valencia from avernus. then i saw this world. it was like a turtle with a building on top of it. does anyone know if its an upcoming world?

No, its not a new world. that's how mooshu is gonna look once you unlock it. they don't look the same in both game versons
