when i was doing ratbeard's quest he was mostly silent

i like the voice acting and thought i should tell about ratbeard being silent ( he was somewhat silent in cool ranch )

Ratbeard has been silent for most of Mooshu for me. PLEASE fix this

A lot of voiceover was added for Ratbeard in the upcoming update to the game. Hopefully you'll notice improvements in this area soon!
