When is a character made available in the Crown shop? The reason the question is being asked is the character, Monterey Jack is made available to us in the Crown Shop after the quest Jail Break which takes place in the Frogerales Compound. However, we don't fight him there but we do fight him later in the story line in the quest Drake-ing Bad which takes place in the Echo Cave on Solitude in Cool Ranch. I would think that a more logical place to put Monterey Jack in the Crown Shop would be after the fight in Echo Cave. That's also where he joins your group if you are a Privateer.
