Hi guys
I analysed the three pictures on this website of the rumoured Cadiz.
Looking around I see miniature docks for gondolas to sail around in.
If you take the focus off of the nice city you will notice it is missing one thing every beautiful city has, Inhabitants!
Also seeing that there are clockwork mechanics on the city with armada flags and no unicorns, crabs or gineua pigs makes you wonder, is the city inside the mechanical beast at the heart of the valenican skyway, most likely.
To further back this up it doesn't look like anything sounds the city like Ithaca.

The city is obviously Venice, Venice is a city in northern Italy which is close to France so this would be. A great place for "G" to invent the clockworks to fend off napoleons attacking armies.
