I bought $30 worth of membership stuff directly from gamestop, but got $20 worth of stuff. Any way to get refund or direct stuff put onto my account. Please help. Not a scammer trying to get free money. Sincerley, Eyespy

Send an e-mail to support@pirate101.com and explain the situation to them about when you bought the stuff, what you received, and what you think you are missing. Make sure you still have access to the e-mail you used to setup your Pirate101 account as that is the one they will reply to.
