Shrunken Inventory

So I was checking through my settings to see if I could upgrade my graphics, and I did so (turned pixels to max, smoothing on etc) but once I applied them my settings/health/inventory/etc shrunk? I know its a kinda dumb thing but it annoys me a lot, plz help.

Changing your graphics settings can change your resolution. Try a smaller resolution and see if that helps.
