Inoshishi Necromancer has a name, but it's changed when recruited

I believe this is an just an oversight, but the Inoshishi Necromancer companion you get from the quest "Dead to Rights" as a privateer is named Jinzaburo, but when you recruit him the name is randomized. I could definitely be remembering how it went differently and he actually just had some friend or something that's the other random guy you recruit, but I don't think so.
