Chestpiece lack of animation Glitch(cosmetic)

When I was equipping the Nuoro Mantle for my level 70 buckler, I immediately noticed thatwhen on a mount, My chest had vanished, leaving me as a strange floating head, arms, and legs. When I unequipped my mount, my chest appeared but when I tried to move the chest did not follow the rest of my body. As fun as it would be to spook some people with this, it would be nice of Kingsisle to fix this issue.

Did you also see when you put to pieces of increased base dodge, it takes one dodge away?
