Escort Boarding

Earlier on when the Renegade Dreadnaught was released you could board Escort ships, however, now regardless of when they remain unboardable. I've tried before sinking the Dreadnaught, Afterwards, and getting boarded myself. Other people have noticed this too, is this an update or unintended?

It is intended.

Boarding actions were causing too many people to miss entry to the defeated dreadnaught.
