I couldn't help but notice that your guide does not bring PvE into the picture. And there are some uses for these companions in PvE (For Example, Black Anne Rackham is great in PvE for the simple fact that she deals lots of damage quickly.) For PvE players like myself, this guide may be inaccurate.

Yes, this is intended. The guide immediately states that its focus is on PvP. I'll update some wording to make that clearer.
