Phantasm Pagon Pet

Hi, I am looking for a Phanstam Pagon Pet on my level 70 swashbuckler character named Davy Jones and I am curious if anyone has one they can morph with me or if there is any way I can get one from drops. Can't seem to find anyone with this pet and I would greatly appreciate any help from the community on helping me get this wonderful pet.

When do you typically play? I have one you can morph with, but I am usually online in the mornings.
