My HUD is all small!

After getting my new computer, my entire HUD has shrunken and is very difficult to see without squinting. Changing my resolution makes it a bit bigger but then big black lines cover the sides of my screen. Also the loading screens are bugged and are also very tiny. Even text on the launch pad is very tiny for some reason. Please help
