Cant launch game.

After I install the game and try to run it the login screen either doesnt show up and shows this message, " Unable to launch game. Please download and run the Pirate101 installer again." or the login screen will show up for just a second or 2 and disappear before i can type in my login information. I've reinstalled the game several times now and it doesnt work.

I had this problem, and in the end, i reset my computer back to launch settings. I know that's extreme, but it worked.

First you need to check the requirements (see link) and make sure that your computer meets them.

You may have to uninstall Pirate101 game before trying to reinstall. Don't know how to do this for a MAC. For Windows, go to the Control Panel, select Programs & Features (this should list the programs that are installed on your computer), right click on Pirate101, and choose Uninstall. Follow the prompts till the uninstall finishes. Restart your computer to completely remove the uninstalled Pirate101. Do the re-install of Pirate101 and it should work. If it doesn't, send an e-mail to support@pirate101.com. The e-mail account you use should be the same one that you used when you setup your account with Pirate101 since that is the one that they will use when they respond. Include your account name, your operating system, and any other pertinent information that you can think of. Also describe the problem that you are having. They should respond in 24 to 48 hours.
