so @ratbeard was talking about this awhile ago right? well here's my response: increase dodge 25% for every attack taken at rank 3 instead of only when you dodge like second chance, -25% dodge to the enemy per attack at rank 5, this is to fix return fire, because its been a lackluster talent i've heard.
