Drop rate?

Does anyone know the drop rate of Rooke's robe and hat? Been farming him forever and I still got nothing.

Drop rates are entirely luck based. People have farmed for years before getting the item they wanted. Others give up after a couple of hundred battles.Even more give up after a couple of dozen.
