Having received each rank of these wheels from the Party Barge quest rewards and compared them, I would like to ask if perhaps the Warm Polarian Wheel should have a lower level requirement than it currently does -- maybe Level 18? Level 65 seems like a long time to wait when you can receive this wheel at Level 13 or so. It provides the Hammer and Nails ship power, which is a lower-level healing power.

Also, the Hot Polarian Wheel only requires Level 38, and the Boiling Polarian Wheel can be equipped at Level 58, which leads me to believe that the Warm Polarian Wheel was intended for Level 18.

Can this be investigated and corrected?
