Lt. Springer Rogue's Gallery

So I was watching this month's Rogue Gallery and I happened to notice that one of the action shots of "Lt. Springer" was actually Admiral Nelson or one of the other dog soldiers that were trapped on Rooke's ship (0:13). Was this intentional?

That's not admiral Nelson. Nelson has only one arm, if you look carefully you'll see that the attacking Dog officer definitely has two arms.
