Quick Adjust Rank 4 and 5 - Are the cards ready?

Back in 2017. One-Eyed Jack posted that the talents were "ready"

but still my Musketeer can only display the ability up to Rank 3 - there is no Rank 4 or Rank 5 showing on his powers page, even though he has 4 of 5 items that grant him the Quick Adjust ability. (still have to get a hat for the 5th)

@Bat Masterson - can you inquire about these Rank 4 and 5 abilities?

Well, I wasn't sure if it was a display bug preventing my musketeer from seeing the higher levels of the talent, or if the cards hadn't yet been put into the game for him to see -- if you know what I mean?
