Mysterious Buildings?

So you know the hidden chest behind the Spar Chamber? There's a cave and a building next to it. I have a very suspicious feeling that this is something for the following books. Have you seen anything else?

The building is Tom Tinkney's Yum Warehouse; you learn all about him if Milo Greytail is your Presidio companion.
The cave on the other hand.....
